 Faculty Duties (09-10) [UPDATED 12/18/09]

Textbook Distribution -

• With your gradebook open click on Reports
• click on Attendance Grid (you can choose the parameters of your report)
• click on Run Report (choose whether you want to open or save it).
• Cut & Paste your class list into the spreadsheet (you can adjust margins, footer, etc. to your liking).
• If saving individual classes, be sure to click Save As
